ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
We live in a global community – and our local learning environments are microcosms of the
vibrancy and vitality of the world’s rich diversity of cultures and traditions.
CULTURE CAMP is a daylong creative culture conference curated for traditional and non-traditional educators
presented by Purple Suitcase. It is designed to provide new learning, skills, and inspiration.
This learning lab is constructed to spark and support learning environment exploration that celebrates the
unique diversity of our communities and builds bridges of understanding and discovery for students.

Our unique mix of curated experiences and gathered resources from artisans, chefs, musicians, and cultural experts
will spark and deepen your cultural knowledge and toolkit. The day is programmed to inspire and increase innovation.
You will have the opportunity to explore ways to adapt cultural modules for your teaching environments and
connect with fellow CULTURE CAMPers to exchange best practices and forge collaborations.
